Terms and Conditions
1. Workshops cancellation or alteration: We reserve the right to change workshop teachers with a suitable replacement, but we will ensure that the theme of the workshop will remain the same. If we cancel a workshop we will refund you the money. If you need to cancel a booking please do before the 1st May 2010, otherwise we won’t be able to refund your payment.
2. Refunds: if we cancel the event we will refund you all your moneis by sending you a cheque.
2.1 Refunding payment made via paypal: if case of a cancellation or refund being needed we will refund you the money paid minus the paypal charges (which comes under the postage fee). This is due to transaction fee that we’re charged once we transfer the money from paypal to our accounts. Therefore this fee is non-refundable.
